Donation Park Yoga

Hi, I am Mayu! I am a yoga teacher in Nagoya. I will hold a park yoga event at Tsrumai Park. It is donation. Everyone is welcome to join in. 

Let’s enjoy and settle down for sometime to reconnect with real you!

My yoga style is moving in ease.

The more you focus on how you move, the more sensitize what your mind thinks and chooses better way, even off the mat, which is super cool, because it works not only on your yoga mat, but also in your life.

Don’t worry how you are flexible or you might have never done yoga before. If you can breath, you can do it. You are worth to feel better.

After Yoga we will have a picnic. If you like, you can join in us!
