🌈ヘッドスタンドコース（実践編）🌈

○6月4日（日）13:00〜15:00 ヘッドスタンドの基礎とバリエーションのやり方について。

1回4,000円

〈対象者〉

ヘッドスタンドの練習法を知りたい方。

怖いけどやってみたい方。

以前練習し、あまり上手くいかなかったが、もう一度チャレンジしたい方。

ヘッドスタンドを教えれるようになりたいインストラクターの方。

ポーズはある程度出来るようになったが、理解を深めたい方。

などなど、ヘッドスタンドに興味のある方ならどなたでも参加できます。^ ^

Fees: Drop-in is 2000yen.

Yoga mat rental charge is 300yen.

🌈Headstand Sirshasana course

Date:May 28 and June 4

Time:13:00pm to 15:00pm

Fee: 4,000yen each day

7,500yen for two days

On the first day we mainly practice headstand.

On the second day we promote headstand variations.

I highly recommend to take the both days.

For the people

Who want to do or are interested in headstand.

Who want to know the way how to practice it.

Who had ever tried it before, injured and feel fear, but want to challenge it again.

And so on.

Take a local train in JR center line and drop off at Shinmoriyama station.

It takes around 5mins from Chikusa station to Shinmoriyama station. The access is very easy!!

You can reach the studio by 15 minutes walk from the Shinmoriyama station.

Or you can also take a local train in Meitetsu Seto line and drop off at Yada station.

It takes 10 minutes from Sakae to Yada station.

You can teach the studio by 10 minutes walk from the Yada station.

There are also some parking places.
