I am a Yogi traveling the world, Mayura/Indian government certified international Yoga instructor/Sivananda advance yoga instructor (English is after Japanese )
今回のヘルシースイーツ作りレッスン&ヨガレッスンのイベントを立ち上げました。
私の趣味のヘルシースイーツ作り。
たまにみなさんにプレゼントさせてもらっていたところ、
ありがたいことにスイーツレッスンのご要望を何度かいただきました♪
そこで、簡単ヴィーガンスイーツ教室とヨガを一緒にやろうと思います♪
今回は、夏に嬉しいタピオカ粉を使ったもっちりわらび餅を作ろうと思います(୨୧ ❛ᴗ❛)✧
ニューヨークにいた頃、
タピオカ粉はケーキ作りなどにとっても重宝されていたんです😆👍✨✨

※スイーツレッスンのみ1500円
ヨガレッスンのみ2000円

JR中央線新守山駅から徒歩10分（千種駅〜新守山駅までは約5分）
I took intensive yoga training in India, NY and Bahamas.
One of my hobbies is making vegan or healthy sweets and sometimes present them to my students.
Actually they love my sweets and some of them asked me the way how to make them.
So I decided to hold vegan sweets and yoga lesson.
In this time I would like to share Japanese summer sweets, WARABIMOCHI.
It's easy, delicious and healthy!
Yoga Beginners are welcome!!

Time: Sweets cooking lesson from 12:30 to 13:20
Yoga lesson from 13:30 to 14:40
Fees: 3300yen
Only cooking is 1500yen
Only yoga is 2000yen
Studio: Yoga Studio Mayura
Address: 1-8-18 Toribami, Moriyama, Nagoya
Take a local train in JR center line and drop off at Shinmoriyama station.
It takes around 5mins from Chikusa station to Shinmoriyama station. The access is very easy!!
You can reach the studio by 15 minutes walk from the Shinmoriyama station.
There are also some parking places.
