I would like to introduce how to make vegan, gruten free and healthy Banana cake.
Ingredients
◯100 g Rice powder
◯Ingredients A.
・20g corn starch or starch
・1 tsp gluten-free baking powder
・1 tsp baking soda
◯Ingredients B.
・40g soy milk
・40g beet sugar or honey
・A pinch of salt
◯20g lemon juice
◯2 bananas (not very ripe)
◯40g vegetable oil
Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Smash bananas with fork, add lemon juice and mix them up with a whisk until sticky and creamy.
3.Add ingredient B into No2. and beat them until beet sugar is melted. Add vegetable oil and beat them until it is emulsified.
4.Add rice powder into No.3 and whisk them until creamy. Add ingredient A in it and stir 50 times.
5.Empty into a cake pan, decorate with sliced bananas and bake for 35 min.
