今年も一年お世話になりました。😊
そんな思いを込めて、12月24日（日）クリスマスイブに海外で学んだヨガをみなさんとシェアしたいと思っています。
私が学んだヨガはただのエクササイズだけではなく、魂から響き、幸せを感じられるものでした🌼🌈🌈✨
2018年がみなさんにとってさらに飛躍したすばらしい飛躍した年になるように浄化していこうと思います

ヨガが好きな方。
ヨガをしてみたい方。
インドのアシュラムなどで毎朝毎晩行われるサットサンガを経験してみたい方。
エクササイズ的なヨガだけではなく、他のヨガも学んでみたい方。
キルタンをやりたい方。
瞑想したい方。
などなど、興味のある方ならどなたでも参加できます。^ ^
初心者でも大歓迎です♫
バハマとNYから持ってきたエネルギーを一緒にシェアしましょう(^^)✨

最寄駅: JR中央線 新守山駅（千種駅から普通電車で約５分）
新守山駅から徒歩約15分
または、

駐車場もあります。

I had intensive training in India, Bahama and NY.
The yoga that I leaned was not only exercising, but also others to make our life peace and happiness.
In this time I would like to share yoga asanas, Kirtan, chanting and meditation which is called Satsanga.
I will also prepare prasad, sweets from God.
We will make our body, mind and soul purified with gratitude ourselves and wish our next year.

Address: 1-8-18 Toribami, Moriyama, Nagoya
Take a local train in JR center line and drop off at Shinmoriyama station.
It takes around 5mins from Chikusa station to Shinmoriyama station. The access is very easy!!
You can reach the studio by 15 minutes walk from the Shinmoriyama station.
Or
you can also take a local train in Meitetsu Seto line and drop off at Yada station.
It takes around 10 minutes from Sakae station to Yada station.
It takes around 10mins walk from Yada station to this studio.
There are also some parking places.
