•古美道

（こちらの古美道は残念ながら、先着8名さま限定となります。）

•ヘルシー手作りスナックとカラダに生気を養うフランス産ハーブティー

•ウォーキングメディテーション

•曼陀羅ドゥードゥルアート、つまりお絵かき♫または自然の木々などを使ったアート♪

まず、ジニー。

彼女は、アロマを使った古美道を数年、献身に取り組み伝えています。

古美道とは、日本の古来伝統的なフェイシャルエステ。天皇家皇族によって秘密に受け継がれてきました。

私自身、ジニーの古美道を何度か体験しましたが、個人的にはフェイシャルトリートメント以上の体験ができました。

まずは、潜在的な記憶にアクセスしたり、涙が出てきたりと。

瞑想やヒプノセラピーのような効果も感じられます。

すごく面白い経験でした♫

彼女いわく、指先のタッチでその人の魂が踊り出す。

と言ってました。

そして、私。

たまにこちらのページで投稿しているのでご覧になった方も多いかもしれませんが笑

オンラインやスタジオ、公園などでヨガをガイドしてます。

特に、私のスタイルは、形にはめるのではなく、一人一人の良さを引き出し、体をケアする動きにフォーカスしています。

そして、

レッスンを超え、日常がさらに生きやすくハッピーになるように導きます。

イベントの背景としては、

この2人が昨年の夏、出会い、友人になり、コラボすることになりました♪

このリトリートは私たちの始まりです。

もし世情がいい方向に行けば、今年の末までにはヨーロッパでリトリートを再創造していきます！

You might have seen our posts on this group... 

Mayu relentlessly informing you about yer epic yoga classes held every week online and in person. And her not-less-epic monthly park yoga where she guides us to her amazing yoga style with dynamism yet gentleness and an amazing leadership that makes us want to come back again and again! 

And Ginny from time to time reaching out for new faces to practice and develop her art as an aroma-Kobido practicioner, thanks for the dozens of persons who've offered me their face to perform Kobido, and who discovered how souls can dance when led by fingers' music...

We were bound to meet... And this happened last summer! A great collaboration and friendship started then... and will carry us around the world : we will replicate these retreats in Europe, as soon as the end of the year if things turn out well :)
