Hey, ladies and gentlemen of yoga lovers!

I am a Yogi traveling the world, Mayura/Indian government certified international Yoga instructor/Sivananda advance yoga instructor.

I teach Sivananda yoga and perinatal yoga.

ぜひ一緒に楽しく自然と英語を学びながら、体を動かしましょう♫

英語がわからない初心者の方でも大丈夫♫

必要に応じて日本語の補足をいれながら、レッスンを進めていきますね♫

New moon is a time for new beginnings and a fertile time for planting seeds of intention for your life.

The New Moon is a great time to start anything new but especially a meditation or yoga. Its somehow easier to keep up the commitment by beginning on the New Moon or anytime between the New Moon and the Full Moon. Use the lunar energy of the New Moon.

Shall we do yoga at in Tsurumai Park to cool down yourself, be relax, increase vitality and nourish you surrounding nature?

I believe the nature has healing power.

So it will be great opportunities to treat yourself and have fun.

I learned yoga in Bahamas, India and NY.

In NY I taught yoga asana in the ashram.

I will be very happy that any one who speaks English will join in this event!!!
