Hey, ladies and gentlemen of yoga lovers!
I am a Yogi traveling the world, Mayura/Indian government certified international Yoga instructor/Sivananda advance yoga instructor.
I teach Sivananda yoga and perinatal yoga.
満月の日はいらないものや古いもの、ネガティブなものを手放すのに適している日です！
ぜひ一緒に自然の中で風になびかれながらヨガをして、デトックス&リフレッシュしませんか？

A time for purging bad habits and letting negative waves completely go, the full moon is the ideal time to say goodbye to anything that is not serving your higher self.
Shall we do yoga at in Tsurumai Park to cool down yourself, be relax, increase vitality and nourish you surrounding nature?
It will be great opportunities to transform and purify yourself.
I learned yoga in Bahamas, India and Ny.
In NY I taught yoga asana in the ashram.
I will be very happy that any one who speaks English will join in this event!!!
